Tissa Vs Champika on Arrest of BBS Gnanasara….

Former Minister cum General Secretary of the LSSP  Prof. Tissa Vitharana called  for a press  conference yesterday and alleged that the Minister Champika Ranawaka  had been closely associated  with the BBS  during Mahinda’s regime .At that  time he vehemently protested  taking action against Galagodaththe Gnanasara Thera  in connection with the attack on  Muslims in Aluthgama. He blamed  Champika Ranawaka  for aiding and abetting him now by providing protection .

In response, Minister Champika has told the press that although  he had some connection  with them at that time , he has nothing to  do with Galagodaththe Gnanasara Thera now.  He vehemently refuted the allegation and condemned  the statement made by the Tissa Witharana.
