Dayasiri Expects Ravi to Sell Lottery Tickets to Foreign Countries

Minister of  Sports, Dayasiri Jayasekera was critical on bringing the Lotteries Boards under  the purview of the Foreign Affairs Minister Ravi Karunanayake.

Sports Minister Dayasiri Jayasekera  yesterday  in an event questioned, ‘’ What does the Foreign Minister have to do with the Lotteries Board? He will have to sell lottery tickets to other countries. This is a joke.”

He made this vile sarcastic comment yesterday.
