An Alleged Offence by Queen Elizabeth II Reported to Police?

Queen Elizabeth II has ruled Britain for 64 years. During the state opening of Parliament last week, the queen and her son, Prince Charles, rode in the backseat of a car sans seat belt.

A concerned citizen, who has noticed this, called the K equivalent of 911 to report the queen was breaking the law. The West Yorkshire Police department was not too pleased with the caller.
