Arjuna Mahindiran’s Extravaganza

National Freedom Front leader Wimal Weerawansa alleged that the Governor of Central Bank Arjuna Mahandiran spent 14.5 million in 11 months for his private expenditure. Out of these, hotel bill cost 4.75 million, food bill cost 3.6 million and entertainment cost 1.7 million

Apart from this, within 11 months for foreign trips 6.5 lakhs and for his dress 21 million spent. All these expenditure was incurred   by the Central Bank. He requested President Maithiripala to take these facts into consideration before renewing his contract of employment.
