Ananthi Sasitharan & Kandiah Sarveswaren Took Oath as Ministers of NPC

Anandi Sasitharen and Kandiah Sarveswaren have been sworn in as Ministers of the Northern Provincial Council before the Northern Province Governor Reginald Cooray today. On recommendation made by the NPC Chief Minister C.Wigneswaren, they  were invited by the Northern Province  Governor to take oath today morning . Accordingly they have taken oath as Ministers. Ananthi took oath as Minister of Cooperative and Social Services, Women Affairs and Kandiah Sarveswaren as  Minister of Education Cultural  and Sports.They were appointed temporarily for a period of three months. Ministry of Agriculture is retained by the Chief Minister.
