Actress Meneka’s Dance During Driving Cost Her a Fine (Video)

Actress Meneka Maduwanthi was reportedly dancing while driving along the Expressway and she posted a video of it on Facebook. In the video she can be seen taking her hands of the wheel several times as she dances to the tunes of a popular song.

End result is police has fined her for reckless driving.
