A Murderer Cannot be a Solider – Navy Chief

 Navy uniform is not a licence to steal and murder people  . Even if he is a war veteran , he cannot be pardoned.
A murderer can’t be a soldier. Likewise a  solider can’t be a murderer. If any Navy officer is caught committing such offences , he cannot escape from punishment. No pardon will be given to them, said the new Navy Commander Vice Admiral Travis Sinniah yesterday in his first press briefing.
