Landslide Warning to  Residents   in Kegalle & Matale

Assistant Director of the Disaster Management Centre (DMC) Pradeep Kodippili has advised all residents of Kegalle and Matara to remain on high alert for possible landslides that may occur due to prolonged rainfall that is experienced in the region.
He further stated that residents of the Ingiriya, Bulathsinhala and Agalawatte areas  too should be vigilant of impending landslides.
