Cabinet Approval to Introduce “ Signal Language “ Bill

Minister of Social Empowerment, Welfare and Upcountry Rights,S.B.Dissanayake has submitted a cabinet paper seeking approval to introduce a bill recognizing “Signal Language” as one of the languages to meet the need and aspirations of the special disabled persons through National Policy.The Cabinet has approved the proposal to introduce “ signal language” bill.
