Sarath N Silva’s Pettition in SC for Inquiry Today

Former Chief Justice Sarath N Siva has filed a petition in the Supreme court against passing of the Provincial Council Amendment Act on 22 nd September. In parliament.

This petition will be taken for inquiry today (9) by the bench comprised of Chief Justice Priyasath Dep. In the Supreme Court.

Two petitions were filed against Sarath N Silva’s petition seeking an opportunity to explain the original petition. These two petitions are also expected to be taken up for inquiry today.
