Increased Excise Duty On Cars Push Prices up……..

Vehicle Importers Association said, that the proposed increase in Excise duty on vehicles in the budget 2018, have increased the car prices by considerable amount as follows:

Toyota Axio, Aqua, Honda Vesel and Grace by R750,000

Nissan X Trail, Mitsubishi Outlander, Toyota Prius by Rs 1 million

Toyota Premio/ Allion by Rs2 lakhs

Toyota Prado by Rs 75 lakhs

Land Cruiser by Rs 125 lakhs
