Weather Forecast For 15th December 2017

Showers at times will occur in the Northern, North-central, Eastern and Uva provinces.

Showers or thundershowers will occur elsewhere after 2.00 pm.

Fairly heavy falls (about 75mm) can be expected at some places particularly in theWesternandSabaragamuwa provinces and in the Galle and Matara districts.

Fairly strong gusty winds (up to 40kmph) can be expected in the Northern and Southernprovinces.

Misty conditions can be expected at some places in the Western, North-western, Sabaragamuwa and Central provinces during the morning.

There may be temporary localized strong winds during thundershowers. General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by lightning activity.
