Police Tracking a Thief who Steals Ladies Innerwears?

In  Weeraketiya and Kattuwana area a cloth thief, who steals women’s inner wears have again stolen women’s inner wears  from a beauty  parlor at  Kiriwangoda in Katuwana. This was recorded in a CTV camera fixed there.

Police has identified him. Police said, several cases were filed in   the court for stealing inner wears of women. He is a tractor driver aged 49 years from Koduwegoda area in Kattuwana.

By the time police has started investigation, he has vanished from the area and absconding arrest? Police said.
