Supreme Court Determines Office Term of  Incumbent President  5 Years

Despite Attorney General made a submission that the incumbent President is entitle to hold office for 6 years term considering the severity  of the people,  the Supreme Court  determined the term of office of the incumbent President is five years, said  Secretary to the President Austin Fernando.
