PM & UNP MPs Meeting President Maithripala Sirisena Today

 Following the conclusion of the debate on the No-Confidence Motion, in which Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe became victorious, a special discussion is scheduled to be held today between President Maithripala Sirisena and representatives of the United National Party headed by Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.

At this meeting  they are going to raise the issue of taking steps  against the Ministers who voted in favour of the No-Confidence Motion during the vote last night.

Meanwhile , Minister Rajitha Senaratne yesterday said such Ministers will be removed from their posts and a new Cabinet will be sworn in on the 9th of April.
