Decision to Close Liquor Shops in Anuradhapura During Poson Week

The Department of Excise has decided to close all the liquor shops in Anuradhapura during Poson Poya week.

As from  today (26th)search operations to detect illegal liquor distributing places will be carried out by the  North Central  Excise department officials, said Commissioner R.M. Ratnayake.
