Vijayakala Maheswaran Resigns from Her Ministerial Portfolio….

Earlier, Vijayakala Maheswaran had announced that she has decided to resign from her post as the State Minster of Child and Women’s Affairs, in the wake of her recent controversial statement regarding the LTTE.

Thereafter, State Minister of Child and Women’s Affairs Minister Vijayakala Maheswaran handed over her resignation letter to the President and Prime Minister yesterday (5).
