(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – A shooting incident in Ratnapura on Sunday night (17) resulted in one person sustaining injuries, the Police stated.
Police have identified the victim to be a 39-year-old resident in Galagamuwa, Karangoda.
In a separate incident, a 28-year-old person has been shot and injured at the Dam Street in Keselwatte last evening.
Two unidentified gunmen who had arrived on a motorcycle carried out the shooting, the Police stressed.
