(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – A Sub Inspector of Police (SI) attached to the Puttalam District Crimes Prevention Unit has been hospitalised after he was shot during a raid at an illegal distillery in Anamaduwa, Periyakulam on Tuesday (19).
Anamaduwa Police are conducting investigations to identify the individual who had opened fire at the SI, who is currently receiving treatment at the Puttalam Base Hospital.
