(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – The possibility for evening thundershowers is high over the Southern part of the island particularly in the Uva Province during next few days from Monday (25), the Department of Meteorology stated.
Mainly fair weather will prevail over most parts of the island today (24), the Met. Department added that the wind speed can increase up to 40 kilometres per hour at times in Hambanthota Districts.
