(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – Showery condition is expected to enhance to some extent over most parts of the island, particularly in South-Western part, the Department of Meteorology stated on Thursday (23).
Showers or thundershowers will occur at times in Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central, Southern Provinces, and in Jaffna District, meanwhile showers or thundershowers also expected at several places elsewhere particularly in after 2.00 PM.
Fairly heavy falls about 100 millimetres can be expected at some places in Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central, Southern, and Uva Provinces, the Met. Department further added.
