Exam malpractices least during 2019 A/Level exam

(FASTNEWS|COLOMBO) – The 2019 G.C.E. Advanced Level examination enters into record books as the year with the least amount of malpractices at a competitive exam in the history of Sri Lanka.

Speaking to a prominent online news portal, the Commissioner General of Examination Sanath Pujitha said exam misconduct claims were at a minimum level during this year’s GCE Advanced Level examination.

He said a full-scale report on the exam will be published in the near future.

The 2019 GCE A/L Examination commenced on the 5th of August with 337, 704 students competing the qualify for university entrance.

Meanwhile, the evaluation of examination papers will commence on Wednesday.
