Import levy on 1kg of potatoes reduced by Rs.25

(FASTNEWS | COLOMBO) – The import levy on a kilogram of potatoes has been reduced by Rs.25.

The Ministry of Finance said following a proposal by the Cost of Living, the levy has been reduced from Rs.50 to Rs.25 with effect from midnight.
