CMC Member Mahinda Kahandagama Arrested- Stealing and Cashing a Cheque for Rs 50,000

Colombo Municipal Council  Member and the former Chairman  of the Self Employemnt Federation ,Mahinda Kahandagama, alleged to have  stolen a cheque written for the value of Rs50,000 from a Lawyer and cashing it was arrested today by the Cinnamon Garden Police.

Mahinda Kahandagama will be produced in court shortly.
