Chris Pratt led “Garfield” set for 2024

(FASTNEWS | UNITED STATES) – Sony Pictures and Alcon Entertainment have set a February 16th 2024 release date for the new animated “Garfield” movie.

Chris Pratt voices Garfield and Samuel L. Jackson plays a brand new character named Vic, Garfield’s father, in the Mark Dindal directed movie.

David Reynolds wrote the screenplay, while original creator Jim Davis will serve as an executive producer.

The film’s only competition at this point is an untitled Marvel film and untitled Universal movie both opening that weekend.
