President and Prime Minister to address Parliament tomorrow

Parliamentary session for the  year 2016 will commence tomorrow ,09.01.2016.  President Maithripala Sirisena will submit a proposal to convert entire Parliament into a Constitutional Assembly. President and Prime Minister are scheduled to make special address in  Parliament, briefing  Development work done by the Government and achievement made  during past one year under  good governance.
