Mangala and Ravi Flown To Maldives

Followed by an arrest of a Srilankan in Maldives in connection with the killing attempt on Maldives President and arrest of a Maldivian high ranking official in Srilanka, who was subsequently deported to Maldives,cordial relationship between Srilanka and Maldives affected.Under these circumstances ministers Mangala and Ravi have flown to Maldives yesterday, 13.01.2016.No reasons given for their visit. Speculation is that their visit is to re established cordial relationship between Srilanka and Maldives.
