Arrest of a Chinese in Bulathsinhala Last Night

A 49 year old Chinese person was arrested with 36 pieces of Wallapatta, a Buddhist statue and some gem stones in his possession last night at 11.00 pm in Bulathsinhala area.At the time of his arrest ,he did not have travel documents and Licence.

The suspect will be produced before Mathugama Magistrate Courts today (January 20). Further investigations are conducted by Bulathsinhala police.
