Kandy – Colombo Highway Soon

Kandy – Colombo expressway construction is expected to commence in April or May 2016,Minister Lakshman Kiriella said.Approval has already been obtained  from the President and the Prime Minister .

Steps will be taken to complete this project as earlier as possible.
