Hirunika’s Defender Released on a bond of Rs 4.5 million

A 34-year-old man was abducted in the Baseline Road area in Dematagoda in December 2015. He was  assaulted by a group of individuals ,who had arrived in the Land Rover Defender, which is reportedly belonged to Hirunika.

Hirunika Premachandra, who was arrested by the CCD in connection with the abduction incident, was granted bail by the Colombo Magistrate’s court earlier.

The Land Rover Defender , which was reportedly used for the abduction of an individual in Dematagoda, has been kept under courts custody.
The Defender was released on a bond of Rs 4.5 million ,when the case was taken up for hearing before the Colombo Additional Magistrate today.
