Gnanasara Thera Appeared Court Today

Two cases filed against the General Secretary of the Bodu Bala Sena Organization Galagodaththe Gnanasara Thera will be taken up for hearing at the Colombo Magistrates Court today.

A case has been filed against Bodu Bala Sena Organization General Secretary for allegedly obstructing a media briefing organized by the Jathika Bala Sena at a Hotel in Colombo in 2014, while the other case has been filed for making defamatory remarks against the Quran.

The General Secretary of the Bodu Bala Sena Organization is currently in remand custody on charges contempt of court.
