General Secretary of the Bodu Bala Sena Organization , Galagodaththe Gnanasara Thera will be produced before the Homagama Magistrate’s Court once again today.
Gnanasara Thera will be produced before Court on charges of threatening Journalist Prageeth Ekneligoda’s wife , Sandya Ekneligoda in Court House.
Gnanasara Thera was further remanded on the 10th of February over his behaviour during a recent court hearing pertaining to the disappearance of Journalist Eknaligoda.
Meanwhile, four other Buddhist monks including General Secretary of the Ravana Balaya Organisation , Iththe Kande Saddhatissa Thera and Akmeemana Dayaratna Thera will be produced before the Homagama Magistrate’s Court once again today.
The four monks were remanded after they surrendered to Police over charges of behaving in an unruly manner opposite the Homagama Magistrate’s Court.
