Yositha’s Bail Application Fixed for Inquiry on 29th February

Yoshitha Rajapaksa, Rohan Weliwita, Nishantha Ranatunga and two others, who were arrested on charges of money laundering, have been further remanded till February 25 by the Kaduwela Magistrate’s Court.

Bail application earlier submited at the Kaduwala Magistrate Court to release him was rejected. Followed by this bail application  was submitted at the Colombo High Court.

Yoshitha Rajapaksa’s bail application was taken up in the Colombo High Court today and inquiry was fixed on 29th February 2016.Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa was present  at the Colombo High Court today.
