Is Carlton Sports Network Red FM Sold Contravening Court Proceedings?

With the change of Rajapakshe regime, investigations were carried out into the operation of CSN TV Channel, Sinha FM ,Red FM and Tamil FM Radio. Followed by this the court proceedings commenced, but attempts were made to change the Management, which was prevented.

On January 30th , CSN directors, Yositha Rajapakshe, Nishantha Ranathunga, Rohan Weliwitta, Rabinath Fernando and Kavishan Dissanayake were arrested. FCID is blamed by joint opposition  in the manner top officials of CSN were arrested. But founder members said to have not been arrested so far are abroad. A top hidden  hand of the good governance is reported to be responsible for this , a news website reported.

In the meantime , Minister Gayantha karunatilake has told the media that Red FM has been sold, and investigation being carried out.
