Basil’s Preventive Bail Application Postponed to 28th by Supreme Court Today

Basils’s preventive bail application was taken for inquiry today before the Supreme Court Bench led by Chief Justice , K.Sribawan. Lawyers   appearing on behalf of Basil requested the Bench to grant time to file papers in this connection to the court. The court granted their request and postponed the case to make written submissions on or before 28th February 2016.
