Gnanasara Thera Filed Fundamental Case in Supreme Court Yesterday

General Secretary of the Bodu Bala Sena Organisation,  Galagoda Gnanasara Thera  has filed a  fundamental rights petition in the Supreme  Court yesterday.

He prayed the Supreme Court  to  declare  the recent arrest  of him is illegal. In this fundamental  rights application , he has mentioned the shortcomings of the Judicial system in Srilanka.

He planned to meet Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, Arjuna Mahendran today  in connection with the operation of Sharia Bank in Srilanka.

Immediately after his release on bail, he requested to educate the Sanga on legal matters.
