Will Champika Ranawake be Arrested?

State Minister , Sujeeva Senasinghe said yesterday that Champika Ranawake will be arrested, if he is found responsible for the road accident at Rajgiriya. Minister Champik’s vehicle was involved in this accident. As far as law is concerned, it is common for all. Irrespective of rank and file , even a Minister could be arrested for violating the laws of the Island. Either me or Champika Ranawake cannot take exceptions.

On completion of accident investigation, if Champika is found responsible for the accident, he will be arrested, said Sujeeva.
