Yoshitha’s Bail Application Verdict On 14th March 2016

Yoshitha Rajapakshe and four others were arrested and detained in remand prison under charges of money laundering in CSN.

Inquiry on Bail application made by five including Yoshitha was taken up in the High Court by High Court Judge, A.A.R.Heiyanthuwa today.

Attorney appearing on behalf of Yositha and four others argued that keeping them in remand and refusing bail by Kaduwela Magistrate was against the Law.

High Court of Colombo informed today the verdict on bail of  Yoshitha and four of his accomplices will be announced on 14th March 2016.
