Kurunagala mayor’s house attacked

An unidentified group has launched a series of attack on United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) Kurunegala Mayor Anuradha Gamini Peramune’s house located in Gattuwana area last night.

The group which arrived by a three-wheeler had damaged window panes and his motor car.

Police Media Spokesperson ASP Ruwan Gunasekera stated that four suspects have been identified already. Police are conducting further investigations in this regard.
