Former Ceylinco Chairman Lalith Kotelawala’s wife Cecille Kotelawala, who was arrested and remanded in connection with the Golden Key case, was granted bail by the Colombo High Court of Appeal. She was ordered released on a cash bail of Rs 100,000 and two personal bails of Rs 1 million each after a revision application filed by her attorneys were taken up for consideration today.
