Arrest John Anmaratunga -Dallus

As john Amaratunga has accepted ordering removal of walking track constructed at a cost of Rs 8o million at Mabola, Wattala, he should have been arrested under the Public property Act. But it was not done. This happened as a result of non-operating local councils, he charged.
