Accelerate Corruption Investigations Against Mahinda Rajapakshe, Sarath N Silva 7 others Writ Application

Attorney – at – Law, Nagananda Kodittuwakku,  has filed an application in the supreme court seeking a writ order to accelerate corruption investigation against former President, Mahinda Rajapakshe, former Chief Justice, Sarath N Silva and several others against whom, he has complained to the Bribery Commission.

Bribery Commission, Chief Justice,K.Sribavan,former Chief Justices, Shiraani Bandaranayake, Mohan Pieris and Sarath N Silva, Appeal Court Judge, Vijith Malalgoda, former President Mahiunda Rajapakshe, Bar Association President , Jeff Alagaratnam were named as respondents in the writ application.
