Army Commander Ordered to Submit Fuel Supply List
Homagama acting magistrate Padmasiri Jayawardena yesterday (19) ordered the Army commander to submit the list of how fuel was supplied from Minneriya camp on 25 January 2010.
He considered a request by the CID when taking up the case pertaining to the enforced disappearance of journalist Prageeth Ekneligoda.
The CID told the court that Ekneligoda had been taken from the Giritale MIC by a team led by one of the suspects, a colonel, to Akkarapattu.
