Even if the Case Against Yoshitha is Finished, Fresh case will be Filed Again- Army Spokesman

After completion of the case heard now, case will be filed by the Navy said, Military spokesman, Brigadier Jeyanath Jeyaweera.  He said this in a press conference held today. Two cases have been filed against Yoshitha and being heard now.

One case is in respect of whether he had the required qualifications to join the Navy and the other is in respect of unauthorized foreign trips undertaken by him. He has violated human rights of his companions during Navy training , said Military spokesman.
