Chandrika to Address UN Assembly On Peace & Security

Former President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga is attending  the United Nations Assembly on Peace and Security today.

She  attends the assembly in her capacity as the Chairperson of Sri Lanka’s office for National Unity and Reconciliation.

The UN High-level Thematic Debate is held today and tomorrow under the theme “A new commitment for peace.”

Former President Kumaratunga will address the assembly on cooperation and responses for world peace.
