Nepal Donates US$ 100,000 to Srilanka

Nepal Government has expressed its deep sorrow on the loss of human lives and property in Sri Lanka due to the flooding and landslides triggered by the recent heavy rainfalls.

The Nepalese government said, at this hour of tragic loss, it stands firmly with the people and government of Sri Lanka. The government of Nepal further said as a token of its solidarity, it will extend an assistance of 100,000 US dollars for the relief operations in the disasters-hit zones.
