A Fundamental Rights (FR) petition has been filed by attorney-at-law P. Liyanarachchi with the Supreme Court against the Chief Minister of the Easter Province, Naseer Ahamed for violation of fundamental rights by acting in a disgraceful manner towards a navy officer and a school student at a function held in a school.
