Showers or thundershowers will occur at times in the Western, North-Western, Southern, Central and Sabaragamuwa provinces. A few showers may occur in the North-central province too.

Showers or thunder showers are likely at a few places in the Eastern province after 2.00 pm.

Strong winds at times can be expected over the country, particularly over Western slopes of the central hills and Northern, North central and Eastern provinces.
