Shooting at Wellawaya One Injured

A  youth (22)  has been admitted to the Embilipitiya Hospital with injuries following a shooting incident in the Aluthwela area in Wellawaya. A clash between two groups, allegedly based on a dispute over a love affair, had reportedly escalated to a shooting incident.  The suspect responsible for carrying out the shooting has been arrested by Wellawaya Police while he is to be produced before the Wellawaya Magistrate.
