GMOA to Obtain 10 Lakh Signatures Against ETCA

GMOA insists that those responsible for signing ETCA agreement between Srilanka and India should prepare a preliminary agreement and form a national policy on this matter. With out attending this requirement should not be signed. In support of this stand GMOA is collecting 10 lakh of signatures.
